I've been pretty critical of Howard but I must say it would be more sad to see Howard go then Harden. I've grown to respect Howard more then Harden even though neither one of them are good leaders. Come draft night I would be shopping Harden to whoever gets the number 1 pick in the draft and just start over.

Dwight is overrated around here. He sat pretty much all last season and the rockets were better than they are now

I don't see Dwight being here next season whether it's via trade or free agency. I hope as fans we treat him better than Magic and Lakers fans. Dwight chose to come here and has been great within our community. I will especially miss his playoff performances.

LOL not being an "internet tough guy". And definitely calm.

Harden is a lazy piece of ****.. I'll say that as calmly as possible

they get a rim protector and star who Jordan is dying to add. And Batum is going to get paid same $ and he is very incosistent.

The only problem is that new MKG injury. If it hadn't happened it would be much easier. Now they will want a wing back I guess.
as for playing great they are barely in the playoffs.

If the Rockets move Howard, you better believe they would be willing to move Pat and Trevor for a solid return.

It is obvious that the Rockets do not view Howard as a maximum player going forward and that Howard does not want to return to the Rockets for less than maximum money.

The assumption is that Howard will insist on playing for a large market team/competitive team. I personally believe that he is more concerned about getting the most money possible. This is probably going to be his last contract, he has a lot of expenses.

The motivation is there for both Howard and Morey to make the move be as friendly as possible. Howard does not want any more drama, and with the Rockets current state, Morey does not either. I wouldn't be shocked if neither side says they wanted the break up.

This also isn't going to be a total rebuild, time is ticking until one of the 5 best players in the NBA can leave (Harden) and the Rockets need to be good when Harden has to make his decision.

The only thing that bothers me about the timing is that the Rockets do not have their 2016 coach known. As a result the Rockets may end up with players that do not fit their needs. The Rockets NEED a smart and strong willed coach, such as Thibs.
