    Do not fall for this trap. Mchale is a great personality and he know's how to push blame onto other people. He says things like I know I could to turn them around by motivating them, lol. He has no idea that's why his coaching staff has no idea they are one in the same. The problem wasn't firing Mchale it was not firing him after the Blazers series or not hiring an interim head coach from else where instead of keeping Mchale coaching staff. They are running the same system and pretty much doing the same bad things lie overplaying brewer and not playing KJ. It's the same thing. We need a new coach not Mchale.
