So you're cool with running secretary of state communications through the bathroom server?

Yea, that's true. I guess my problem is Clinton seems to have an inability to maintain self-accountability. Her response to taking speaking fees was that every secretary of state before her had done it so that made it ok. Instead of holding herself accountable, she just sees the establishment as a justification for actions

So if not supporting Clinton makes one a misogynist, would it not then follow that not supporting Sanders makes one an anti-Semite?

Does that make Elizabeth Warren an anti-semetic misogynist?

Yes, and if she doesn't support Cruz she also hates Canada.

This...is the GOP's only hope for winning the election.

    Not their platform.

    Certainly not their candidates.

    This...

    Good luck with that...

Yes, many Republicans are hoping to knock Clinton out with a scandal instead of using a legit candidate, just as there are liberals who focus too much of their attention criticizing the Republicans for their petty actions. Neither Republican or liberals care about the ethics of the their candidate put forth.

    Good luck to both sides...

Clinton has a race to win. Whatever she said about re-classification, I just ignore. Not worthy of trust.

Powell is someone I have always trusted and respected (meeting him in person help with forming my impression of him). So when he said something, I do pay much more attention. This is what he said:

Err on the side of caution. Just make it clear that all official business, except in extraordinary circumstances, need to go through government systems. The added benefit is all these official business are recorded and can be released at some point in the future.

The pressure on Loretta Lynch and Barack Obama to appoint a special prosecutor is ramping up, and as well it should be:

This pretty much sums up why I am not banging the drum to indict Clinton, although I fully believe she deserves to be.... but I am not interested in wasting time if she wont be held accountable.

We live in a post-Manning and post-Snowden era; While running private servers is not illegal, its extremely irresponsible.

If this was 2001 and she sent a couple confidential emails, I would find it extremely irrelevant. Its the constant shadiness which is what drives most people wanting accountability.

Indictment or not is not an opinion of any of us, but a fact finding. That hasn't concluded.

The whole begz is a waste of time. The investigations into the use of non-government equips for sensitive government materials isn't that much of a waste of time - politically, it's a bunch of noise but it's worthwhile to get to the bottom of it and improve upon. The waste of time is this is likely all politics and no real improvement will be done. That's an opportunity lost for improving governments in both security and transparency - I'm doubtful this Congress has much of an interest in either.

As for accountability. Lawful accountability will play itself out. Public accountability - well, heck, if this wasn't such a political game, maybe it's not so polarized. It is what it is.
