I think this is a pretty fair take on his game tonight, he wasn't good. Doesn't detract from his body of work over the past two months however. I am beginning to think he had an interrupted offseason and was really playing through things early. It's looking that way to me. And no, that's not an excuse for his performance tonight or early in the season, just my two cents on his season so far. It's pretty crazy considering how poor his consistency has been that he's only a few % off his usual shooting numbers with plenty of games to go. His intensity and drive has been good since I made this thread until tonight, he was **** tonight. Still awesome to get the win!
I did already know that. He looked disinterested all last year on his way to being named players mvp.hes looked disinterested since the Clippers game during which period he's been unguardable. Looks are not your friend .
Enough with all the Harden hate.. if it wasn't for him these past couple years, we wouldn't be as good as we are, and there's much more to come. Just sit back, indulge the unhealthy delicious buttery popcorn, and enjoy the Harden ride, wherever it may take us, because I guarantee you it's better than without him here.
What's silly is how some people think that James is immune from criticism. They praise our 2nd seed run last to his heroic efforts (which is spot on he was amazing), but neglect to attribute our shortcomings to him, which are pretty significant, our record is pitiful (with an easy schedule) and worse than when we had Lowry/Brooks et al. The guy doesn't have the drive or attitude of a winner, anybody that says otherwise is kidding themselves. Besides whats so wrong with what I said? Thats a classic Moreyesque evaluation right there. If we can sell high and get the right player(s) in return to help us do better why not? This is the Houston Rockets right? I'll save you the rebuttal of "harden is the savior doe" by evaluating our record and Harden's pitiful leadership---and comparing that to champions.
Well, it might not be selling high. He could return to MVP form at some point. Or he could keep getting worse perhaps. But either way I'm not sure we can get an MVP caliber player in return. Morey talked about it on 790...hard to trade guys who you know can play better than they are and risk ending up with less talent.
Thinking James Harden shouldn't be traded does not equate to thinking James Harden is immune from criticism, which he is not.
LOL I love FTW. Consistently desperate for pissing contests on the internet. Unfortunately...that's not my style. Hope you have a good day, my friend!
Me too but he just needs to mature (again) as a lader like he was last season. Glad to see him back in bball shape.
This only applies to role players actually. Morey has stated quite a few times that superstars are worth more than their contracts as you can only give them the max.

Just offering some information. Interpret it however you want.
Anyone can be traded.... If an organization allows themselves to be held hostage by one player they will be in serious trouble. T_Man
So still believe in your little bearded freak? WTF was that response to being substituted?? J.B. needs to discipline him for that. ZERO EXCUSE for his behaviour. What an entitled piece of **** that guy is. He doesn't give a **** about his team, his team mates or winning.
Check out his sig! I mean he seriously has to name people in his sig he doesn't like.. who does that? Lullzz
