I caught the side of his face in the corner of my eye and exclaimed, "RAFER?!"

He was w his friend and they both stopped and said hi. I stupidly asked if he was trying to catch a flight and he was looking for his gate but said it was cool to take a picture w him. He went to some of the airport employees to find where his gate was and asked me to tag along.

Told him I was a big fan and (jokingly) that we needed a PG. they laughed and said maybe 4 years ago he could play for us. Then they started to talk about JB between themselves. Seemed like they liked JB but I couldn't really hear what they were saying about him.

    Good ole Skip...

One of my favorite Rockets. Boy did he have a lot of enemies on this site during the mid 2000s.

    Nice catch.

Rafer used to drive me crazy with that runner, but his handles, to this day, are something that the Rockets miss.

He had absolutely no trouble getting the ball up the court and getting it to Yao/Tmac.

During our streak the man took himself to a new level. That being said I can't think of a player that ever pissed me off as much. I actually threw my remote once and broke it.

Imagine if he learned how to shoot...How great of a player he would be...BUT nope...just kept throwing bricks. He was our ultimate brick layer...

Corey Brewer though is rapidly charging for that title though...:)

    that being said...cool story bro.

Loved Skip here. At first he infuriated me. Towards the end he seemed to never miss. Was always a good floor general

JLin - my man, hands down, his fans and haters all were annoying

Stevie Franchise with the dribbling down the clock.....and hardly passing

Stromile Swift, athletic but immensely dumb player

    Tjones now

Dmo - well he got more fans than haters

    Kevin Martin - fool's gold

Dragic - more homers than haters

    Asik - butter hands

    feel free to add
