Well there also is a difference between talking about someone who once was vs someone who is currently in harms way. Both are protected secrets but one could potentially be killed if the secret got out and that's not really a risk with the other. Because of that there should be more "concern" over the identity of current assets and agents than the identity of someone who used to to things once upon a time and is out of danger. Even still, it was a reckless thing for Cheney to do and IMO he shouldn't ever hold public office again as a result.

As to Hillary, if she were someone else, she'd go to jail for sure, but given who she is, I think a fine, probation, and the part where she's forever ineligible to hold public office would be appropriate.

That's wishful thinking. Just say "vast right wing conspiracy" if you want to step in line with the Hilldog. You know those right wingers in the FBI have always had it out for her LOL

FROM a private email address or just TO Hillary's private email address? If it's from then Kerry should be forced to step down immediately.

If Hillary did send classified info or top secret, she should suffer the consequences.

Having said that, the last time we were told something was true.. WMD. We all believed it hookline and sinker. We should not let that happen again. As Americans we need to have an unbiased group review these top secret or classified emails.

From what I've seen, the Kerry-Clinton email was during the time Kerry was head of the Senate Foreign Relations Committee and had to do with developments between India, Pakistan, and Afghanistan....information that should be inherently classified. The email was also forwarded to the National Security Advisor.....and it was sent from his iPad.

It seems like it is likely that a lot of people that were entrusted with classified information by this administration mishandled it regularly.

After that WMD incident, can you trust anything that anybody claims nowadays? We as citizens should start requiring better, more verifiable proof of claims ala "top secret".

You know what - Hilary did something wrong albeit possibly minor. She should be fully investigated and any crimes such as embezzlement and bribery should be punished to the maximum extent of the law.

If you were even semi tech savy and could figure out how to put monitoring software on your home network; you would be surprised on how many times a day your router gets hit for requests, specifically from china, but other countries as well.

Yes, constantly. Unless you have some prior knowledge, you are going about it blindly and have no idea if it's Senator Kerry's home network or a donut's shop network.

If the US has to ask private email companies for a key (because they probably haven't unlocked the door secretly themselves) how is it the everyone else could have easy access?

Please don't go and get logical. Embrace the fear and anger. Let it flow through your fingers to the keyboard!
