Just saw this in the other thread. I'm in media, and there is significantly more freedom of speech over there. The videos I'm posting here for Exiled, I could never make back home. Further, you never have meet a wahhabi ever if you live in Jeddah unless you go to a public park or corniche. In Jeddah these wahhabis are considered the cracken from the East. Jeddah has a huge underground scene, so much artistry going on, so many free-spirited young people. It's just a really nice scene and all the things people say you CAN'T do over there you can certainly do in Jeddah no problem. It wouldn't be a situation where I'm seeing covered women all the time, worrying about alcohol/anything consumption, etc. Also, I have tons of friends in Jeddah who I went to college with and to be frank I'm good friends with most of the producers of these videos I'm posting. They're a really awesome group of girls and guys, highly respected professionals making way for progress in their country. All of that is absent in the rest of the gulf, except in a very controlled way. To top it all off, I have zero interest in what brings other people to my country: malls, snazzy restaurants, towers, clubs, cars, etc. It's all become just very dull and boring and repetitive. My wife though would never live there and I'd never want her to live there either so this whole thing is moot. It's just too ****ty for women. I would never ever live in Riyadh obviously. Saudi Arabia is not a country full of Exiled's. It's a country with a rapidly decreasing amount of Exiled's, with Jeddah having the least tolerance for people like him. He's a stranger over there.
