There was flashlights were he rebound and push the ball to other side like PG and dish nice passes like Draymond, but still long way to go.

As huge DMo fan I'm finally admit, that this season migth be buried. With current situation and fight for 8th spot, JBB wont let experments and wont give minutes to shape on Rockets. Even more they dont have practices at all. So for DMo back in rotation - Mission impossible.

I would play him in DL until he plays 10+ good games with 35+mins, and only then return to team.

p.s Last season like JH DMo came from eurochamp in great shape so transition was easy to good season. But now we need a miracle.

......wait a minute. You're the poster that keeps insisting we can get a first rounder for Terrence. So, in your world, we're preserving (limiting his minutes) Terrence for that first round pick....right?

Which is stupider.............keeping a guy out so other guys you are trying to trade can get floor time? Or sending a guy with a bad back that needs rehabilitation to d-league to play minutes when he isn't healthy enough to play minutes for the big club?

Like.............DMo can't reinjure his back at RGV but he could reinjure his back at TC?

No. Im the poster whp doesnt have an agenda and doesnt troll .
Lile lawson needed a first to get traded and now hes salary dump, like dmo was going to get the max and now its wiser for him to get the qo, same jones value and everyones value changes.

But you know that and you trolling.

And of course its much more likely for dmo to get reinjured when playing against a nene and a gortat than some dleague scrubs.

I doubt DMO is back next year. This isn't some ploy by the team. His back is ****ed up and he won't ever be the same.

These two people you're quoting are well known DMo haters. Don't bother arguing with them.

You're a dumbass. DMo is one of my favorite Rockets. Has been since the Chris Webber video clip. I was one of the only few who called for hiim to play against Portland in the playoffs. Difference between you and me is I'm actually a fan of the team not just the player. You suck

So you're saying it's straight speculation and no evidence of it ever happening in the history of the NBA?

Which is pretty hilarious because Jones is just an awful shooter. He's down to 31.6% on the season from 3 and falling with no end in sight. His career average is 31.4%....he just hasn't shown much improvement when it comes to shooting since he left college. If being a "stretchy" type forward is his greatest asset, it just shows how worthless he really is.

It's crazy to think but he might be the one young player who has gotten significantly worse on his rookie deal.

I'm sure it happens but I can't think of any off my head.

Jones was a better player 2 years ago than he is now which is strange.

Honestly I would trade him just so he doesn't see the floor anymore. Every time he comes in the game the score goes the wrong way for the rockets.

Black hole jones needs to go.

Terrence Jones needs a change of Scenery. Both parties (Rockets and Jones) would benefit.

He was a better player last year as the numbers show and was right at an average NBA player for his first 3 years in the league.

Whether it was the nerve damage and rash of unlucky injuries or something else, his confidence simply isn't there.

Your hyperbole simply isn't true, but at this point there's no use in keeping him.

lol all you do is refer to numbers which means you dont understand much about the game of basketball...

as for malakas you did say multiple times that jones could fetch a first rounder, it has nothing to do with lawson.

Dmo looks better theni expected i hope hes back soon he would do wonders for this team as legit 2nd option on offense( post), and a much better stretch 4 then we have now...his passing abilities and defensive consistency will also benefit this undisciplined team bigtime

    Thanks for the DMo video.

I don't know how to analyze that, though. I'm glad he's back on the court, but I see him moving fairly gingerly around the court. That's expected, but with Smoov here, I don't see the rush of bringing DMo back to the Rockets. I think playing with the RGV and rehabbing is the way to go for now.

I would be surprised if he made any consistent, significant contributions to the team this year. However, come playoff time, if he's healthy and we've actually made the post season, some back-up minutes would be great.

With his age, the type of injury he had and the mediocre season we're currently having, I think Morey would rather keep DMo safe. Regardless of what we do, DMo is going to get paid somewhere, even if a team is wary of his back.

    Rough position for us...
