I'm sorry, but I have seen enough. JBB is a backup coach, like Brian Hoyer. He may do well enough in spurts, but he just doesn't have the true experience as THE COACH on an NBA team to be able to handle this job right now.

The players are lost, and that's on both the players AND the coach. But a good strong coach would have whipped these guys into position by now. Not blocking out to get defensive rebounds? Not even CLOSE to blocking out for defensive rebounds? That's coaching.

Brewer running to the basket as Harden is driving.. to the basket, where now both Brewer AND his defender is there along with Harden's defender, to make sure Harden misses the shot? That's coaching. Or rather, lack of it. These guys are just playing pick-up ball. And they are going to get their teeth kicked in constantly, and the good players will leave as soon as they are able.

ATTENTION LES: PAY THIBS WHATEVER HE WANTS. NOW. Thibs will have these guys playing an actual offense, he will have them in position defensively, and the effort WILL be there.

    Do it.

This all stems from the top , we had a catastrophic offseason in terms of preparation both from the coaching staff and from the players . Training camp wasn't enough time to get things together and we've had to claw our way to even get to .500 . Players are playing like **** , coaches are subbing like **** . JB is a rookie coach , and we have title aspirations ?? Did mchale really lose the team ? If he did why ? Is it reasonable to expect JB to get it back ? Hardly ... Our assistants must also not know what to do . We can hardly put together a good quarter of defense . Our offense has no plan . The spurts of genus try and play making and smooth play are few and far between . Despite the record climbing , the team really isn't playing significantly better . The only difference between when we win and lose is if a few guys have hot or cold nights . That's not how it should be . That's not how it was last year .

We've had guys on our team fight , and even with mental lapses I believe that effort is there . Focus and preparation are not . This is a coaching issue and it's a team coaching issue and an individual coaching issue . These guys need to be making better decisions on the floor . Has no one talked to them about that ? It might be useful to have some kind of team defensive scheme or plan . McHales philosophy of making the smart pass the simple pass is what is needed . The ball is so sticky on offense and on defense it seems teams are getting whatever they want . Nothing is coming easy and for a team with this much talent ( even if the talent is slumping ) that is a huge concern . JB doesn't know what he's doing and I've seen little improvement so far .

Wizards hack-a-Capela and he goes 1-8, and then only takes him out when it's 1:58 and the Wizards can no longer hack him anymore..

We had the lead and they hacking completely took us out of our rhythm..and Bickerstaff only responds when it's took late.

    Outcoached by Wittman.

How the **** did JB make it as a back up coach. This piece of **** coach couldn't even coach a ****ing high school game.

Brewer plays 29 minutes and had 5pts, smith had 9pts in 17min

**** JB. I hope you read this JB, go **** yourself you piece of ****ing ****

I can't stand this fool anymore. That stupid tech where he spazzed out on the court ended up being the difference. and playing scrub Brewer and Terry over Thornton...come on man....

Just the way Morey likes it...lackey coaches that he can control and feed his Moreyball analytics.

JB is a product of nepotism. At some point young in his career he got hired because of his dad. Then his career has been a product of being in the right place at the right time. He was always a step ahead of other candidates because he had the experience that his dad gave him. There are hundreds of more astute basketball minds out there his age, but none of them had a NBA coach for a father.

Regardless, he is not getting fired this season. No NBA coach worth a damn is going to take a job this late in the season. Right now if the rockets were calling for head coaches they would only get the worst candidates.

This organization needs a culture change. Morey and the rest of the coaching staff need to be fired. This whole thing has come crashing down this season. Need to move on from this regime.

This. I Wittman is a horrible coach. With Smith or Clint, we could have easily killed his small ball. That was terrible move by Wittman. But JB decided to match up the small ball. WHY? Does that play to our advantage? Horrible.

Sick of all these small ball lineups that play no defense and the terrible and inconsistent rotations.

Tonight alone should be a fireable offense. Or at least a "not retained in the offseason" offense since no respectable coach will take over now. You know Capela is a disaster at the foul line even by his usual pathetic standards. So the moment Wittman has them start hacking him intentionally, get him out! Instead JB leaves him in for an extra possession so he gets hacked again(where he goes 1-2) and then takes him out.....after we're under the 2 minute mark when they can't foul him intentionally anymore. Which leaves us with no rim protection or rebounding when we desperately need stops.

I'll go on record right now. If JB is kept on as head coach after this season, I'm done with this organization. And I don't mean for next year. I mean forever(or at least til Les mercifully sells the team).
