You talking about this? http://blog.chron.com/sportsupdate/2012/06/qb-manziel-arrested-in-northgate-bar-district/ That was him at 19, which is excusable, imo. A college kid being a college kid, who will learn his lesson after doing something bad once, right? Can't really use that "kid being a kid" excuse anymore, though. I just don't get it. When he wasn't a starter, he acted out. When he WAS a starter, he acted out. I mean, there's just something wrong with the guy.
The amount of enabling with him is not helping either. He's screwed up a lot... and gotten more and more chances simply due to both the position he plays and the once-upon-a-time "flashes of greatness" he showed in college (which was never expected to translate to the NFL as is). But while he's gotten 2nd and 3rd chances he probably didn't deserve... there will still be people saying he needs more time to "show what he can do!" I don't forsee any NFL team (Dallas included) wanting to have anything to do with him... I also don't see why anybody should believe him when he says he's ready to get serious or goes through yet another rehab stint, etc....
I agree with you 100% but you're wrong about the Cows - they would take him in a heartbeat. You see the Cows are in the entertainment business not the football business. They are the NFL's version of a reality TV show. As such, adding "Money Manziel" to the mix with the likes of Greg Hardy would really ramp up the drama immensely on the "Real Cowboys Of Dallas". That would have EVERYONE talking about the Cows which would put more $$$ into Jerral's bank account while continuing to fill up Jerry World with legions of the cowsheep faithful.
He gone.

The Hue Jackson Era in Cleveland will trigger the end of Johnny Manziel and the #Browns. Won't be long before he is exiled from the NFL like Vince Young or Tebow. He truly is a terrible person who runs into trouble everywhere he turns. I honestly think he's the dumbest QB in the NFL right now.
thats a pretty stupid thing to say about a guy who has never been arrested and has not been proven to do much more than party too hard, in a league where there are dozens of legitimate thugs
It would be better if he was actually showing he belonged in the league... most people have an issue with a guy acting like he's hot ****, while he's really not convincing anybody that he's destined for greatness or is actually anything special.
