When the other team is up 20 and they come out with more of a sense of urgency to start the half you can say demolished. You knew they were gonna want revenge on whoever they played. That's why good teams are good. They lose and they get the next one. They don't lose games back to back.
I wanted us to get a big athletic guy to shore up our rebounding & interior D...heck I'd have even settled for McGee, because our back up Bigs just don't cut it. Jones is a horrible as he is inconsistent. DMo injured. Harrell D League. Smoove intangible man, Capela still learning... Why is it that nearly every team in the league has at least 2-3 BIG men on the roster & we have always (nearly traditionally) gone with undersized 4 & 5's? We need a shooter or shooters to be successful & then a coach that knows how to utilise them.
I honestly think we have one in Harrell, the problem is JB has a mancrush on Brewer and keeps playing him even when he is playing ****. And oh boy was that 8M on Brewer a mistake or what?
They are who we thought they were after all. We're a first round sweep waiting to happen, unless Morey makes a dramatic trade.
It's way past time to declare The Ty Lawson project a failure. Get what you can. Move on. He brings nothing to the table for this team. It's not Harden's fault or JBs. It's Lawson, and now it's Morey's problem.
We missed a ****load of FT's, we couldn't hit a 3 and our bench sucked. We already had a slim chance of winning this game but those three factors sealed our fate. Hopefully we can bounce back against OKC.
Can't believe you're still defending the guy. He sucks, plain and simple. The corpse of Jason Terry has been far more impactful for us.
