bull****. People crave carbs and sugars. And those who do not have the will power to say no that garbage also have no will to work out. You could serve up a healthy meal 3x a day for half the price they pay for food and they will quickly grow tired of it.

Myth. You can actually control what the fish eat when they're farm raised.

Also OP asked cheap. Tilapia is cheap.

*edit didn't notice the China part, but even then the US is strict on Chinese food imports.

Just eat tuna from the can, fruit, and throw some veggies in the microwave.

That's why I said usually.....unless you're going somewhere like whole foods, odds are the tilapia is farm raised, but the salmon isnt.

How does that make what I said bull****? Not all carbs and sugar are unhealthy. There are plenty of healthy options that taste good. People like what's easy and cheap and thats junk food. You think they wouldnt rather eat a freshly made burger, with the best beef, veggies, etc over McDonald's, if it cost the same and could pick them at a drive thru in 10 mins?

Healthy eating isnt just plain boiled chicken with lettuce.

Tbh, I've had no problem substituting fast food during my cut sometimes, because I still meet my calorie and macro requirements.

All brands should be good, but Swanson is bombs.

    Quality, taste-wise

Better off saving the fat, though.

You gotta put that can in something plastic if you can't immediately remove it from your persons.

Niiiice. I've had a blender for 2 years now. Easy, healthy breakfast.

I add a lean shake product from GNC with mine, and fresh fruit depending on flavor.

Hahaha, yeah, "can" and "do" are 2 different things. Most of your farm raised seafood comes from Asia (Viet/Thai/China/Indo) or Central America (esp tilapia). The conditions they raise things in are disgusting.

Also, yes you can "control what they eat", but why is that a good thing? Especially if you are controlling them to eat the cheapest possible stuff you can find to make them gain mass rapidly (fish) or just to eat whatever is available (crawfish/shrimp)?

And yes, tilapia thrive in brackish/polluted water...i.e. sh!tfish. You know what they feed tilapia on farms in China? The same tilapia you eat? Pig and goose manure.

All's I'm saying is know where your food comes from.
