This is just my sense of all of these Lin threads post-"trade". Others may feel differently. A comment (positive or negative) about Lin has some truth that the poster feels is supportive of their POV on Lin, the player. Mostly, it's about sticking it to LOF on one side, and to the "haters" on the other side. When you have guys like colt45nyc claiming to have done tinman's mother behind a taco stand, there's no basketball discussion in that whatsoever. Or class.
I think a lot of Lin fan attackers, are attacking Lin to get to Lin fans. They don't necessarily have any personal issues with Lin, but with personal issues with his fans. LOL. When I say a lot of these attackers, I mean anyone but a handful posters such as Tinman, Zboy etc...They plainly just hate Lin, obsessively.
So instead of defending Lin, you have a guy picking on Tinman by claiming sexual relations with his mom?

Now it is ok for people to hate on Lin. This is a free board, people can post whatever. I do not agree with what they say, but I am ok with them saying what they want to say. Just as many Lin fans making ridiculous comments. I do not agree with them, but I'm ok with them saying it. As Tinman & Co acting like crusaders/trolls whatever you feel to call them, there are Lin trolls out there. Personal insults should not be here though. Don't equate that stuff to what I commented.

I have been called an insect, a zombie, a virus, and many other things that many would consider hateful and insulting. Doesn't mean I will lump all people who have not condemned those comments together.
