For all those looking to oust the Texans fans that wanted Kubiak fired - how well would Kubiak have done with an, at best, 2nd string RB, 2nd string QB, injured OL, and a sub-par receiving group, outside of Hopkins? If we had his offensive group, no doubt we'd be looking at, at least, an AFC Championship game.

He's good, but it's Wade Phillips that deserves a majority of the praise in Denver. And he was THAT GOOD here in Houston, but teams started game planning for him, and he was too slow to react.

No doub that Rick Smith is a major problem. But Kubiak needed to leave.

How are the Panthers receivers always wide open? Seattle and AZ are great defenses. I guess when you have a great o line and a running threat like Newton you have to pick your poison.

Beast mode run by Newton with the stiff arm.

    And another for the TD!

Cam Newon gets fined everytime he gives the ball to the kids. NFL hates kids.

I think a big point is our offense would not be so devoid of talent. Kubiak got crap for drafting TE's all the time but BoB's TE (C. J. Fiedorowicz) sucks donkey balls and Kubiak's just caught two TD's in the AFC championship. He developed Arian and created a great O-Line.

He does? I thought he could hand them but not throw them? You get fined for throwing, fan safety issue.

Looks like Cam Newton (not Andrew Luck) is the new face of the NFL.

Shows how important drafting the QB position well is to the success of a franchise. Granted Cam was no Andrew Luck or Peyton Manning type can't-miss prospect, but props to the Panthers for selecting him and building the entire team around him to suit his best skills. That's something the Redskins, Falcons, Lions, and others could learn from.

On a side note, I believe Derek Carr and the Raiders are on a similar upward trajectory. A few more talented draft picks and key free agents signings could see them challenge the AFC in the post Manning-Brady era.

Extremely unlikely. Cam figured out how to stay injury free and not turn the ball over. Two massive obstacles.

Palmer finally throws a interception after nearly throwing 2 interceptions on the previous plays.

Ignoring the facemask, how is that not a safety? He caught it at the 2 and was tackled in the end zone...

Saw that a week or two ago in the Pittsburgh game, as well.

The owner for the panthers doesn't look happy.

You are up 25 with 5 min and you go for 2? That's a chip Kelly move.
