    The Suns reference isn't tough, especially since we know Codman is in Phoenix, but....

    The "I'm waiting on Patience" bit. Still not a clue. A reference to NAS (Brooklyn?)

    ChiTown is still in play. Minor ball handling. Phx is done. Firesale. But what do you give up?

    WE want TY to finish here, especially for the playoffs, but word is he isn't too happy with how this all worked out.


    Personally, I think he will get it together, but there are some guys that would help out ball movement/penetration/toughness.

    I refuse to name names after I cursed poor Noah and Jack. Luckily the Smithsonian forced his way out. Glad he's a FreeBird. Great guy off of the court, too.

    We need some cooler heads in here though. The unity is better, but minutes mean a lot to some guys.

    Patience means Ty. Because even though most the time it takes time for key players to adjust to new teams, we in Houston expected him to be great game one

    I think the rockets straight up disrespected him. I said it wasn't gonna be till all star break that the old tie would start to show but of course we in Houston wanted immediate results.

    It's crazy we buried him to the bench. JB might be the dumbest coach I've ever seen when it comes to rotations

    Teletović and Tucker would fit this team like a glove. Taj not so much. I love AB but he's not needed. Do not want Markieff.

    What does it actually say about Ty himself,

    That Josh Smith after NO PRACTICE with team, after several DNP's buried BENEATH the Clippers doghouse, he can come in and dish out 6 assists from the FRONTCOURT in just 20 minutes playing time

    And Lawson CANT do that and HASNT done it much and he is a POINT GUARD. How is it that Smith can command that kind of "respect" and individuality, but Lawson cant from the floor general position?

    Chicago- Minor ball handling = AB reunion or Hinrich
    PHX firesale- Brandon Knight maybe? As he mentioned, what exactly do you give up?
    Ty- Sounds like he wants out. But we prefer to keep him. Sounds like if the right deal comes along, he goes. If not, we keep him.
    Cooler heads- KJ and Montrezl? Maybe Jones? Can't see it being Thronton. He's getting consistent minutes now..

    Perhaps Brooks from Chicago?

    Minor ball handling makes me think of Brooks for some reason, good ball handler, penetrator and shooter, toughness is Tucker from the suns.

    Trade idea

    Lawson to Chicago

    Noah, Jones + two 2nds to Suns

    Teletovic, Tucker and Brooks to Rockets



    Move Brewer, Motie in seperate trades, perhaps packaged with Ariza or Bev to try to upgrade the PG of SF position.

    I suppose Morris and Tucker could be had.

    Knight? Supposedly a groin injury for which he wants to get a second opinion.

    How did you reach a conclusion that cooler heads meant Celtics?

    "We need some Celtics in here" makes no sense. He just meant laid back guys in general. I think you're overthinking.

    I say we try this current core with recently added Josh Smith and if it is still not working out by Feb 18th, you for sure deal Ty and maybe Brewer if the right deal comes along..

    What about cooler heads makes you think Sixers or Celtics? Are you thinking Climate wise?

    This is probably off but as for "Minor ball handling" perhaps Zach Lavine who is a "minor" which is under the age of 21. Minny is also cold for cooler heads, Lavine is 20, perhaps they would be interested in a Dmo for LaVine swap or something? I dunno.

    Smart is already 21.

    I think I'm probably digging too deep though lol.
