No one thinks these guys are spreading themselves a little thin? Supergirl, Legends, Flash, and Arrow are all from the same creators. I expect all the shows to struggle. I enjoyed the trailer though.

2 shows seems to be spreading themselves thin. Flash season one was solid, although I didn't think it was great, but Arrow had a massive drop off in quality.

Both show, and this one as well, would be infintely better if they would drop the CW relationship angst they forced into both shows this year. That was the source of most of their problems.

This show will be only 13 episodes and won't premiere till winter/spring of next year. Hopefully that's enough time for them to do something compelling.

It looks pretty good, I like the concept and they started to develop a few of the characters during this week cross over even between Flash and Arrow.

Took me a while to pin down that Rip Hunter is Rory from Dr Who. I knew he was familiar, but the scraggly, ratty beard and faux upperclass accent had me fooled.

    Not impressed, slightly disappointed

Vandall Savage is a bum and the whole group thing is not as interesting as the Marvel characters

They should have eased the characters in over multiple episodes.

It just felt like a big clusterf**k. I mean they introduced 9 characters, and a time travel narrative in the first 10 minutes, and just went right into it. Granted we do know most of the characters from Flash and Arrow, but to just throw them all together, with 2 being villains felt very forced.

Even the reveal that they were selected because they didn't matter should have felt more important, but it didn't. Too much, too soon.

They expected people to know every single character from Flash and Arrow. Would anyone really watch this show if they weren't already invested in either Flash and/or Arrow? I had no problem with all the characters, because I already know of them, if that makes sense.

Obviously if this was your first foray into DC's tv series', then you'd be hella lost.

I thought the premiere was great and the reveal of the actual reason they were all chosen was done really well as well.

I'm excited to see the dynamic between the good guys (Atom, Firestorm, Hawkguy/girl), the malcontents (Cold, Heat), and the on-the-fence (Canary) interact with each other. The episodes will be especially fun if they actually go back into the past, into the future, etc.

yeah unless you keep up with Arrow and Flash, all these characters being introduced must be major "wtf" moments for a new viewer. With the ancient Egypt story line barely touched, and such.

I still think this can be a good show, I want to see them in different time periods, I'm such a sucker for time travel and fish out of water or time shenanigans.
