Hoopshype just aggregates. Lots of notable people read & reference hoopshype ; players, coaches like Stevens, and gms even our own.

I'm not here debating about steve kyler or whoever that is. I'm just stating that this info was passed out before cyber ran here.

Only credible ones here are DD and Doc rocket. Doc is in the know how, DD is no source or no voice but he has more access than anyone else even measly media card people. He'd get the juciest info if he wanted. Real media people just get the roundabout.

 

The funny thing is it took us years to shut down the majority. That is why you seem to be the minority now.

Cyber had to prove himself over and over with clutch vouching for him to stop the moronic majority from running cyber off like they did doc.

I'd explain that if cyber was Moreys right hand man and in every meeting. Then posted rumors on that Intel 80-90% wouldn't come true and the idiots would all be crying fraud.

Point is he has legit info and has posted plenty that no one else has over the years, things that are posted by other national sources, and things that have come true. (Aka us signing Aliza)

But more than anything clutch met him, vouched for him and didn't ban him or his threads. Anyone that has been here long enough knows that says enough.

I'll look it up on hoopshype or google. I can't search through his older posts, but lets pull up date and time he posted it. The ones more readily available were with hoopshype via another source getting to it first.

It's not my job to educate you on cybers posts I'm sure that's what you are accustomed to, but you can do the work yourself. It's all there if you know how to find it and with your education I am sure you can figure it out.

 

Nothing screams "academic and professional superiority" than spending your time scouring Google and hoopshype in an attempt to discredit a BBS insider.

bballholic don't compare eric pincus with Kyler. Pincus is a legit journalist and does excellent cap work and covers the Lakers. I suggest to everyone who wants to look up capspace etc to follow him and his work.
Steve Kyler is 99% of the time throwing crap at the wall and when almost nothing doesn't come true it's forgotten and one time every two years that by chance he has something right he boasts left and right.
I could have the same or probably better record than him as an "insider" if I wanted just by making rumours on my own.

As for the one insistent poster who continutes to troll this thread..don't pay any more attention to him. Not worth it really.

 

First I don't know or care about your credentials, and judging by your posts I highly doubt whatever you posted is legit anyway.

Haha. In all honesty, I wouldn't come here and think someone renowned would be so off. But as he's mentioned stuff, I've noticed that I've always read this on Hoopshype before he posted it. This Lawson to Bucks was one was a short blurb, lasted just barely overnight on HH. The fact it was mentioned here is what surprised me.

I wouldn't dare question a renowned BBS member's credibility if there wasn't some truth to it, and some diligence on my side. If I can't offer that, I'm just an ignorant hater. Fair enough right?

You googled it and found nothing? Really I just googled it on hoopshype site alone and find a few different sources(Sam Amick, Michael Lee) all reporting Ariza going to the Rockets and leaving the Wiz from about 1.5 years back.

Malakas, you are dead wrong about eric. Eric was apart of Hoopsworld when they would hire anyone(even me, as I applied to) to write and then sell a subscription based access to the site full of incredible reporters. Obviously, I didn't partake. This was 9 years ago.

All those hoopsworld/BI people throw crap against the wall. Seriously, they even just randomly post stuff as they watch the game and see something new(i.e oh Ty's playing? Let's say it's for showcasing him).
