    Yes, that was the last season that Lin was given an opportunity to be the primary ball handler on his team...and he did great. Since then, he has had to play next to ball-dominant SGs (Harden, Kobe) or behind a PG that a team has already made a big commitment to (Walker). Who can be sure that he wouldn't be a great player in the right system with the right teammates? D'Antoni recently signed as Assistant Head Coach in Philly, so maybe we'll have an answer next season...

    The blocks are an indication of how he's been playing defensively. Over the years, many have called Lin a poor defender, but now he's arguably the best defender on a team that plays good defense.

    Thomas would not start ahead of Kemba Walker either.

    Didn't Lin average 20-somthing points as a starting PG when Harden was out of the lineup in Houston?

    What is utterly dumb is co.paring kyle korver who is one of the historys best shooters and elevated every other player in his team to isaiah thomas a midget chucker.
    Ridiculous. As for mo lets hope that the nba has become a better league since then.

    I can think of 10 players that deserve to be a reserve over that dwarf.

    Neither should be an all star and def rating is often misleading. Esp with reserve players.

    I've never seen such a mediocre player in any sport spark such a debate. It's like if Trevor Ariza left the Rockets and had a 600 page dedicated to him.
