Thornton is a sick shooter. Quick release and you know its going in

I'm frustrated that he doesn't see more minutes and in his minutes he doesn't get to come off screens and shoot more. He can be our slightly poor man's Reddick or Korver

We keep crying for shooters but when we have one, he is vastly underutilized

 

Jones can learn a thing or two from Thornton and his quick release. I can channel surf for a bit and Jones still hasn't shot the ball.

 

I can't imagine if Marcus Thornton is playing for Warriors...

 

Yup, watch Thornton get heavy minutes with his next time and burn us.

 

We're 2 years too late giving players defined roles. Thornton needs consistent PT. Lawson needs at least a window of regular PT and a definitive purpose.

I'm tired of seeing McDaniels go out there and try to play an all-around game. Give the youngster a defined role so he can contribute now instead of later.

We're squandering time much with this loose, unregimented approach to the game.

Thornton could probably shoot 4 shots by the time Terence Jones hoists one up.

 

Anyone notice Harden got away with a foul on Paul on that last shot. Not that it changed the eventual outcome, but his mistakes outweigh his offensive contribution in many games.

 

Over/under Thornton playing 10 minutes next game.

If harden was an option, he wasn't the first. I didn't see him try that hard to get free. It looked like he was just mostly clearing out.
