Just about every advanced metric disagrees with you, mostly because 50% OF THE GAME IS PLAYED ON DEFENSE. And that's ignoring the fact that Ariza's durability allows him to see considerably more court time than CP, making him the more productive player as well.

I know you love your white wing players, but it's time to let this one go.

There are no reliable advanced metric stats for defense. But if you want to make your case, please go ahead....

Parsons is a better player - even now coming back from injuries, and I don't even like him that much, but I liked that he could dribble the ball and create off the bounce - which made our team better.

Ariza has always been a plus defender, and a suspect on offense.

I like a player who is decent on D, but good on offense...over the opposite like Trevor...

Not talking about defensive stats. Talking about WS & WS/48, BPM, VORP, RPM, and RPM wins, categories in which Ariza has outperformed Parsons over the last two years. This despite being a demonstrably less gifted offensive player.

Having a higher degree of offensive skill doesn't necessarily make you a better player. Durability matters. Stamina matters. Defense and consistency matter, and while Trevor is inconsistent on offense, he always brings it on D. Parsons since his rookie season ended has been a consistently below-average defender, and has always been prone to peaks and valleys in his shooting.

Trevor's less skilled and less fun to watch, but he does more to help his team win, and the numbers back that up.

We would not have been as good a team last year with Parsons instead of Ariza. We really only missed him in the WCF as we needed someone who could create offense in the halfcourt besides Harden and Parsons is better at that than Ariza. But we would not have gotten to the WCF with Parsons as we needed an elite defense to get where we were.

This year, Ariza's defense has fallen off so I'd take 2014 Parsons over him at this point. 2016 Parsons is still up in the air.

I don't know which is more pathetic: grown men arguing this s**t, or this grown man who didn't skip past it fast enough.

I guess I'll point it out to avoid confusion. Dmo tweeted this out between the GS and SA games.. Guess which was his last game played and first one missed?

    Nice try, Morey.

Last we heard from Morey, sooner than later. It depends on when the pain goes away.

Then we could just see more of Harrell or small ball at the 4. Not ready could simply mean just not ready. Not everything is a conspiracy, no matter what anti-TJones FUD D-Mo fangirls want to try and spread.

If that is the case, they are one year too late.

hahahaha Ok, just smart huh. Risk making the playoff's and your job to hide DMO. yeah DD that's very smart business.

So if D Morey gets fired, does Morey take DMO with him?

Here we go with the childish name calling again. And I don't think anyone on here believe you were being sarcastic. You've very adamant about this topic for quite a few pages. \

But hey I see you have a problem with me so I won't say another word to you ole buddy.

I don't have a problem with you at all, and who said I was talking to you anyway?

Just a general comment - clearly I think there is MORE going on then just a sore back - but I get that it might just be...a sore back, so I was having a "GO".

But if you feel insulted and won't talk to me, ever...I will try so hard to give a crap.

    ;)
