He does have back pain, but he's not injured. They did MRI's to make sure of it and they showed that structurally and physically he's fine. Right now it is a problem with muscle strength, not an injury. If the team needed him to, he could play through the pain like Dwight did when he went through the same thing in LA.

I could see Lawson and KJ + pick for Noah and Brooks. Fills needs for both teams.

Make Capela the new full time starting PF, give Noah all backup C minutes.

Joakim Noah coming 5th in MVP voting a few years back remains hilarious

Joakim is a dawg! If he were a Rocket any decent Rockets fan would love him for the effort he pours into every game. He's all heart. And he'd be a difference-maker for us with his D and rebounding getting us going in transition.

    Noah meh...Taj Gibson...now we're talking.

The Kirkster has a de facto non-trade agreement; he and da Bulls are lifers. KH will replace The Mayor as coach in a couple of years.

It's better to be too cautious with this injury then not.

With his health issues and lousy shooting, I agree.

I don't think Morey will be able to get anything more than a marginal upgrade for our role players at best. I expect Jones, and Brewer to be here until February. If they keep on playing well, their trade value will improve.

If they keep on playing well then there is no way Morey trades them. 2 months of Jones doesn't even give cash in return, not to mention picks. If they play well (highly unlikely) it's better off to keep em, since what you get in return won't be much either. At least you keep Jones and let him walk in summer. Trade Brewer if he plays well and you get someone good, but it's not happening. No one would trade anything good for Brewer, no wonder we got this 50 points dude for nada in the first place.

We're stuck with these two, especially if they play good.

Noah just had his shoulder separated and left the game. I guess he's done for the season.

Looks like they waited too long to get a deal done.
