Two things always come to mind for me.

When I first saw Ross' wife decide to become a lesbian I cracked up, but thought that whole thing so far from reality it was implausible, only to go on in my life and meet three co-workers who went through the exact same scenario.

I always remember when Joey ( the actor-model ) and Chandler were in the subway and Chandler looks up and see's a poster of Joey as the spokesperson for HIV. Hilarious.

I think there were a lot more funny moments in the series than we like to remember, partly because we were oversaturated in syndication, but there's a reason it was so popular outside of Anniston. Some good writing in there.

But yeah, their careers never moved forward. Not that they need to. All too oft you chase your own success and can never meet it, never write another great novel, never make another great movie, never win another superbowl, never develop another theory. I think it worthy to try. Even after all the money they made. But it must be challenging to come to the realization that you were either a one hit wonder or were supported by an ensemble team. Yet. Hey. You did it once which is much more than most people do.

Yea, I think the first few seasons were actually pretty good. It's just as the show went on the characters became really weird.

Nothing wrong with growing old gracefully, but she fell into that classic Hollywood trap of over-doing the plastic surgery.

That Hollywood trap is throwing money at premature aging caused by hard living (in her case, Smoking).

Has anyone seen the show "Episodes" on Showtime? Matt Le Blanc plays himself in it and it is a pretty funny show. Lots of good characters in it. It revolves around a British writing couple that are forced to cast Le Blanc in their new American show because "celebrity". He plays the role of washed up celebrity pretty well in it so it is worth a watch if you have Showtime and the time.

I don't think either show has aged particularly well, although they had their share of laughs.

On a shallow note, the first season of "Friends" is worth watching if only for Jennifer Aniston's "still-Greek" ass.

EDIT: Oh, God, was that actually Courteney Cox? GOD NO! No, no, no, can't be. What a downward spiral since she was "Dancing in the Dark" with Bruuuuuuuuuce.

Episodes is very funny. Kudrow is also really good in a Showtime show called Web Therapy.

Episodes is solid. I have the same ringtone that Le Blanc uses on the show.

She has some other show on TBS that was/is in its last season. I don't care for it.

Or if you liked Saved by the Bell but with sex, or Mad About You without puns, Single Guy without the career desperation, or Cheers with sober, attractive people who are not as funny or talented, or Living Single without fat bisexual lady rappers, or Frasier without the dad and brother making out behind the scenes.

Cougar Town, and Busy Phillips was hot as **** in the first season until they toned down her look to detract from Courteney and the Drew Carey chick's botox.

Is this going to be scripted episode or just a bunch of actors chatting, like all the other reunion shows?

I don't like Cougar town at all. It's not funny to me in the least. I will check out Leblancs new toy out of curiosity.
