What's the market for Tobias Harris? We need a bigger small ball 4 than Ariza and someone who can run the josh smith play, quick pick and roll with harden then lay up or lob to dwight. What would that trade look like?
http://espn.go.com/nba/tradeMachine?tradeId=zxnnyt7 I very much like this trade. This gets houston peices i think that can help shape this team more. Ilysova can help spread the floor better like a ryan anderson, and Jennings is a good defensive/scoring pg.
They just signed him long term. He's probably there to stay for their rebuild. Their team is the prototypical young potential-star lineup
Word. "Aaron Gordon is the real potential all star, The Magic need some Corey Brewer veteran leadership" remember the thimble, Daryl You can get lost in the layers of Inception.
Definitely seems to be available. But for a good pf that preferabbly is great defensively. The Orlando situation is so interesting. Many young talented players who dont' fit well and who can't find enough time to even play much and develop. The best solution for them would be to consolidate multiple assets for a star but stars are not available. Now the way things are neither Hezonja (sp?) can play enough time nor Gordon. And Oladipo must come off the bench. What will happen next year when Fournier must get his money and Oladipo will be looking for his extension? Lots of young talent no franchise caliber player. Perhaps they should make a trade with Philly. At least it will help with the fit.
I had always thought that maybe Orlando would be a possible trade destination for Dwight. Not a contender right now but he could sign there for a few years in the off-season and finish his career building them back up. They have a ton of talent and players I like. I love Hezonja but I doubt they would give them up.
Amir Johnson Nerlens Noel Al Jefferson Zach Randolph Markieff Morris Ryan Anderson Nikola Mirotic These have been discussed.
Would love to have Snell on this team with Ariza. I think McLemore or Hardaway Jr. Could be readily had, could be useful additions to the bench mob. We need more shooters.
because of spacing. Their pg Payton can't shoot worth a lick and neither can Oladipo. He must have the ball in his hands to be effective and so he must come off the bench to make it work. Perhaps that is his role in this league but hard for someone like him a high draft pick and touted as a franchise caliber player to accept it. The Magic roster is a riddle of many good bad ill fitting pieces and something must and WILL be done to fix their issues.
Ummm, everybody is looking for 3&D wings. The 2 guys you mentioned though, are more of straight 2's than 3's. Haven't heard either name. And I don't know if I'd consider either of those guys to be truly great defenders. Now is the time to sell wings since they are at such a premium.
I could get behind that, and it seems like a fair trade for both sides. For the Rockets, it's kind of a "win now, win later" type move. Snell and Mirotic will both be RFAs in 2017, so you've got some control there. They are also both natural shooters...something we've severely lacked at the forward spots.
Someone smoking something good man, the bulls are not going to trade Mirotic. plus isnt dmo pretty much the same thing, redundant?
i mean i know its Hinkie but I cant imagine the sixers trading Noel at all the guy has a bright future ahead of him as a really good if not elite defensive center. I know they have a lot of 'centers' with Noel, Okafor and if he ever plays Embid, but cant see him being traded especially on a rookie contract.
