Lawson knows how to party. The guys are so pumped for whats going on after the game that they lose focus when he's around.

He is so bad defensively that whatever little improvement he had offensively is negated by what he gives up on the other end.

    Corelation vs. Causation

Rockets did something tonight, they haven't done all season which is rebound the basketball. It had little to do with Lawson there or not.

Warriors beat us without Curry so it obviously means Curry is ailing his team

Wait, did people actually think Lawson was helping the team? He's been absolutely awful. I understand the coaches giving him minutes to hopefully turn it around since he's been so good in the past, but I didn't think anyone was seriously under the impression that he was playing well.

Lawson is rated near the bottom of the league in impact stats. The Rockets' struggles have had a lot to do with Lawson, Brewer and TJones playing poorly. Lawson didn't play and the other two played well. Three gigantic negatives turning into two positives (and more Terry, Beverley, Thornton) makes the team better.

It also could stem for the real fact that the Rockets bench/role players are making shots...And Dwight is playing much better...just my two cents.

I'm not sure what to think of this but it is a little weird that we are 7-0 without him around.

One thing is for sure we seem to play harder when he's not playing. I think it's mainly has to do with our rotaion basically being last years team plus Thornton.

This 9 man rotaion has been pretty good for us lately I think guys have def been playing harder the last few games.

Yeah, it's so weird we're playing better without a player shooting 37% from the field, 31% from three, turning over the ball like a mad man and playing godawful defense.

Negative BPM, negative VORP, league worst RPM. How are the Rockets playing so well without this superstar?!

U can read the stats on espn. Congrats. Don't go complaining when the 3's cool off and the rockets face the same problems again. People like ΓΌ take way too much from regular reason games

yeah. Could be his godawful defence is too much to overcome or his lack of effort and hesitance a lot of times is effecting the rest of the team. Now the roles of the rest seem to be more defined.
Just because we need another playmaker that doesn't mean it has to be Lawson. We tried for a lot of games and had disastrous results.
