Your only around 1/3 of the way there... lets also hear about your thoughts on the half court d, lack of consistent rebounding/boxing out. If your still standing maybe we can hear about the o.

Most disappointed in Ariza here. (Not absolving anyone). If you are gonna be a defensive specialist, and not playing defense, what are you doing exactly?

    Best quote:

The Denver Nuggets (clips 142-157) have turned this into the last two minutes of an And-1 Mixtape Tour game. Oops. Dunks. Murder. Duke Tango is running on the floor and yelling into a microphone. OK, maybe two of those things didn't happen.

So why is Ariza still getting minutes till he can't walk anymore? Why isn't he getting benched to give McDaniels minutes? Yes, McDaniels has shown little to nothing, but maybe he will appreciate those minutes to run back on defense and still do exactly what Ariza has achieved on offense this season.

Harden - I can't believe he allows himself to appear this way. It's so terrible with this guy.

Howard at least makes it up being efficient on offense and anchoring the half court defense. Still, a shameful effort in that video at least.

    This is really good stuff.

I have not been able to really pinpoint a big area of weakness for the Rockets. This guy nailed it.

Maybe now they'll give more effort there since they've been called out on it.

This. Let some of the bench at it. Harrell, Mcdaniels, Dekker. Their effort surrounding Harden and Howard should change things up.

Yeah the guy nailed it. Maybe McHale was right they just needed to play harder.

Had no Idea how lazy Ariza was on transition D. I never noticed. I just assumed he was getting back.

Yeah I'm talking about benching Harden and Howard too if they don't man up.

When his opposite number is scoring 70-80% of what he's scoring, he's no more than another Thornton so let's split the minutes between them. Give them time to think and fresher legs to run back on defense.

Honestly, everything is pointing to a huge team culture problem on this team that has infested most of the players. It's coming from Harden, we all know it. These are guys who ran back last season, who gave max effort last season.

It's just demoralizing to see Harden doing f-all on defense and then whining about their play on the court and to the media. Trevor Ariza is not a lazy player, neither is Howard.

I really feel like this team's record would be no different with Harden on the bench this season. Lawson would be more effective, we'd pass the ball more, Thornton could drop 20 points a night, the ball movement would cover the rest. We'd actually be better defensively to make up the gap. I really think that if we bench Harden there is enough talent on this team to win 50% of its games.

There is a complete lack of leadership on this team. The 3 guys with the most talent are also the least mature.

You just made a mountain out of a molehill.

If you are a defensive role player and you aren't doing your job, that's on you, not on some one else.

"Conservatively, I’ll estimate 40 percent of these possessions begin with Harden in the paint turning it over or throwing it against the rim/backboard."

    Sounds about right.

The way Harden is playing offense is having negative effects on the defense.

And he seriously needs to stop with the lazy reach around

The amazing thing is that last year, "terrible coach McFail" somehow managed to get these same guys to put in enough effort most nights to win.

This^ Atleaast you can say Bev was injured. Dwight has been a dissapointment defensively as well.

If 'someone else' isnt even TRYING on defense... kinda takes away your motivation to give your all... Not saying its right... but it is human nature and it is what it is...

JB and Les keep talking about lack of effort is gonna have repercussions... havent seen **** yet...

The lack of effort by 'some people' have resulted in a total breakdown in team morale and effort...
