    So far I'd rank losses-

    1) Bengals
    2) Texans
    3) Vikings - Vikings know they won

Winning does require luck. That was a lucky win.

Texans had the least depressing loss of the weekend.

    Vikings proving they belong

    or

    Texans proving they don't belong

    Hmmm....:p

    What's worse:

Being like Jeff Fisher every year: 8-8 & missing the playoffs

or being Marvin Lewis every year: 10-6ish and losing your first playoff game every year.

Very true, 146 yards is about all you can expect from him, he did his job by not turning it over and allowing the kicker to do all of the scoring. When you have a weak QB like that, you just have to lower your expectations.

Do you ever address what people actually say or do you just make worthless posts all the time?

Nope. Teams can learn from losses like this.

Texans just know they're not a very good team.

The difference being that the Texans will have a better QB next year, the Vikings are stuck with what they have that isn't wasn't good enough.

Really. Texans were so bad there was never a glimmer of hope. Bengals and Vikings were on the precipice of exaltation.

Teddy Bridgewater played a good game and the Vike's coaching was excellent. Vike's outplayed Seattle except for a handful of plays. AP still hasn't learned how to carry a ball properly and choke job by both the kicker and the holder.

Very very disappointing game. I'm just glad now that I hadn't gone and froze my cojones off too.

They have a great defense and defense wins championships. Shut down an extremely hot QB. That's the foundation to build your team. Now they just need to make sure to put the right pieces around that defense.

Texans. Nothing is championship material on that team.

i think he means from a fan's perspective. it's much heartbreaking to lose like the bengals or vikings than the texans.

That's very true, the defense for the Vikings is a reason to be excited about the future, but how many more seasons does AD have in him? He's pretty much their entire offense other than the kicker. They need to make sure they find a replacement for AD so that there's no gap between him falling off and the next guy stepping up. You can win with defense and the run game, but if either the defense or run game falter, you're screwed.
