    Well cartels are usually high on their own product while committing their brutality, otoh the terrorist are not. :eek:

    Meh... not really.... other than strapping bombs onto children.

    The cartels... Islamic terrorists and African warlords all pretty damn bad....

    The Mexicans like chainsaws, petro-stew tortures, skinning and dumping heads in random public places.

    The Islamic terrorists love the good ole fashion "HASAN CHOP"... and taking limbs off.

    The African Warlords might be the worst with cannibalism, and setting whole families on fire while the rest of the village hits them with sticks if they try to put themselves out..... plus the old genocide angle.
