I didn't finish the video but if she didn't do the barbell hip thrust she's doing it wrong. It takes chicks with no ass to a perfect circumference. It's like a miracle.
all these girl exercise videos just goes completely against any bodybuilding/hypertrophy principles. whatever happened to progressive overload with rep ranges in the 6-10 range? you're telling me i can grow my chest with 5lb dumbbells x 15 reps? give me a break.
Yes she's attractive, but her workout advice is awful. Doing body weight squats won't do **** to add size. You need heavy weights. Still fapped though.
