He def got screwed on the first conviction which makes the murder framing not a long stretch. the prosecutors say there was some facts that were left out of the documentary that helped get the guilty conviction.

Yeah the motive is missing, I mean if he wanted to really kill somebody why would he call for a woman to come with plenty of clues left behind. Then after that, burn her body on his property and "hide" the car on said property while being able to pull off a Dexter like clean up...... Wife and I made it through the whole season in a few nights, just maddening all around......
Not to argue one way or the other, but I don't think he nor his family are the sharpest tools in the shed.
But apparently he was sharp enough to rid his garage of all DNA and blood splatter from victim? A criminal mastermind would have trouble pulling that off.
Basically I think he did it. But with all the tampering it warrants it a non guilty plea. Think the cops planted evidence to sweeten the deal.
I'm only about 5 episodes in and it's pretty wild. I feel really bad for the kid he was completely manipulated and that jag-off of a lawyer he had was one of the most useless people i've ever met. All he wanted to do was watch Wrestlemania
What makes you think he did "it"? What is "it"? Just the murder? The rape too? What do you think he did and why do you think he did that?
He didnt kill her on his property, probably somewhere out in the woods, then brought her back to the house to burn in the quarry/fire pit.
I have no clue. You can say that for anyone. A lot of time there is no motives, but it's concerning about the family cat. Screw is loose there.

LOL no. I stated before that he deserved a non guilty plea. A ton of corruption in place(tampered vile for one). But, there is still evidence that suggest he did it. There are other records that have Dassey(who by all means is discredible with his wild tongue) who admitted as such. The DNA on the car hood is concerning to me, as is the past history. The family cat is a big deal as it shows a lack of value in life. My opinion is that he did it, but I can't verdict him as guilty. My lack of belief in guilt is a reason for me going with not guilty had I been sitting in that jury. You really can't be wrong thinking either way here but that documentary was very one sided.
Random Theory: In the back of my mind I think that Steven Avery DID murder Theresa but not in the sense that the evidence showed. I think that Manitowoc county saw an opportunity to take down Avery and they made sure that it would happen by placing and tampering evidence to build a strong case against him. Even though I think he did it, I believe he shouldn't have been convicted. There shouldn't have been a jury that believed beyond a reasonable doubt he committed those crimes based on that evidence that was presented.
Exactly how I feel. He did it,but that police department made sure he did it. Cops almost f'ed it up.

He's the last known person to see her. he called her what 3 times? from a blocked number. He specifically asked Auto trader to send her. All circumstantial and not enough for a conviction if I was a juror when you consider everything else. But in my opinion I think it's definitely possible he did it.
DNA on car hood. Dassey admittance with details(that's a big deal) in the court case. Avery requesting Theresa multiple times and answering the door in a towel is not good! Also, I will bring it up again. He threw his family pet cat in a fire. That's concerning.
