Ok... and Houston (and this country as a whole) is far more interested in the NFL than it is the NBA... and that will not change in your lifetime or mine.

You're a ****ing prick for pitting Houston fans against each other. We have a playoff team about to play a home game on Saturday, and instead of letting people get hyped, you're here propagating hatred. If that's what you find enjoyable, then you probably need to re-assess your life, and why something like that even enters your brain.

And this is the GARM for Clutch City Basketball fans not Fat City Eggball fans

Take your eggball schtick to the forums dedicated to that "sport". Leave the GARM for Rockets basketball discussion.

I didn't bump this thread. Some other guy did.

I'm happy not to have any eggball talk in the GARM. Let this thread die.

I've already said that most normal/educated people are fans of both.

It also specifically pertains to this thread title... unclinch your sphincter and relax.

Ignore is worthless until it blocks the people who quote you. In the time being, it is quite fun publicly mocking you for being the complete idiotic tool that you are for all to see. You are right, Google IS your friend. Maybe if you had that essential part called a brain, you would have seen from Google this was a fake news article. Then again, if you had a brain, you could tell what a satire, something both of the things nonsense you are spouting about Houston's greatest superstar since Dream are 100% false. Dumbasses will be dumb though, so the future is very dim for you.

If you believe that JJ Watt is unathletic then you truly are clueless. The man is 290 lb and he runs a 4.84 40 yard dash, has a 37" vertical, 10' standing broad jump and benched 34 reps at 225 lb at the combine. Additionally, he just completed a crazy 61" box jump.

    http://www.foxsports.com/buzzer/story/jj-watt-box-jump-041315

The guy has size, speed, power, technique and an unbelievable motor.

Please show me a single legitimate article that states that Watt is unathletic or that he used steroids. You've already posted one bogus story about Watt, let's see something legitimate. Remember, "Google is your friend".

From the horses mouth - JJ Fatt himself
    <blockquote class="twitter-tweet" lang="en"><p lang="en" dir="ltr">Hopefully I can lose that 'unathletic' tag now... Lol <a href="https://twitter.com/hashtag/DBWH?src=hash">#DBWH</a></p>&mdash; JJ Watt (@JJWatt) <a href="https://twitter.com/JJWatt/status/42436743206674432">March 1, 2011</a></blockquote>
    <script async src="//platform.twitter.com/widgets.js" charset="utf-8"></script>

Google "JJ Watt unathletic" and it's the first thing that pops up

You cant convince me he is not fat considering 290 lbs at Harden's height.

Even BMI probably says he is obese

I doubt youll find any basketball player 6'5" and so obese. Very rare

Do you even pay attention to the context of what you post? Watt's tweet is making fun of the fact that all white players at the combine get pegged as "unathletic".

He doesn't say that he's unathletic as you claimed. Do you really believe that a guy 6'6" and weighing 290 lb and has a higher vertical than Blake Griffin is unathletic? A 61" box jump? That's ridiculous.

Watt's the poster boy for health and fitness:

Mens Health obviously puts out of shape guys on the cover of their magazine.

Arnold Schwarzenegger was 6'2" and 254 lb when he won Mr Universe. Does your weight chart say that he was obese?

JJ Watt is easily the most popular pro athlete in Texas and it's not really close.

    Well I guess it is.

Where did you find that tweet? You must have really been searching for it considering it was in 2011.

What a crazy year. If only the rockets had half the heart, hustle, and entertainment value of the Texans and Astros.

It's definitely a fun year as a Texans fan. Maybe the Rockets will follow the same script; suck hard to start and finish strong. That said, they don't have the luxury of their division rival being a team like the Colts. We got the Spurs in SW, so that plan is no good. Yeah, could you imagine if JJ Watt played like PF on the Rockets or something? Dude would demolish opposing teams. Might rack up a bunch of flagrant 1's though.
