I'm not trying to compare anyone. And it is not any sort of soft. "Leadership" as a quality is poorly represented in professional athletes in general. If anything is soft, it's most of their egos. There are very few "leaders" in professional sports that actually attain some tangible success due to their "leadership" qualities. Tim Duncan comes to mind off the top of my head. I don't place much stock on qualities like "leadership" and "heart" in professional athletes and would much rather see discipline and effort.
Any Rocket fan will tell you that Hakeem Olajuwon was a leader. Anyone who takes Hakeem for granted must not respect what he did for this organization.
So what you're saying is Les didn't respect Hakeem, you know since he kicked him out for Toronto. Also since Hakeem isn't suiting up any longer and you don't appear to like any current players... do you just watch Clutch City on loop? You don't need to be young to know that Michael Jordan was greatest leader for the Bulls Magic with the Lakers Bird with the Celtics LeBron with the Cavs Hakeem with the Rockets.. Oh wait, only McGrady fans think of McGrady as a leader that's like when Rockets fans think of George Washington, McGrady fans think of Benedict Arnold.
DudeWah, swwyguy , Downtown Sniper, giant McGrady fans. Search their historical posts. They can't accept that his tenure was a failure. And I'm pretty sure they are HAPPY that Harden is having problems this year because last year, he basically accomplished things that McGrady never did his career. At least swwyguy is pretty blatant about it, at least he's honest.

he delivered 2 playoff series victories in year which is more playoff series victories that tmac delivered in his entire career and life
DudeWah also hates TJones and Corey Brewer. Both aren't playing great but they had their share of decent games.
Tjones needs to be traded and Brewer was overpaid. Brewer has shown some decline in his play. Obviously both are role players not your highest paid player.
