Agreed. I believe it's longer than the split second he stopped for. When I think back to "2 men in motion without getting reset" penalties (which have happened more often than what we just saw), they seem to require more time. I can't really define it by an amount of time, but to me it's longer than what we saw. I don't like that it's not specifically defined, but I think players can/do understand it
how did they pick the unsportsmanlike flag up? I mean, it was clear they threw it on BOB for the tirade.. even if he was justified, I've never seen them take it back
Time for the Texans to get a real qb we have been stuck with these crappy 2nd to 3rd string qbs as starters for like 4 yrs now time for a qb that can get use 10 wins a season
He did throw for 4800 yards though... in a season very much like what Bortles is having, where they throw it on nearly every possession.
