I agree that they can 'hang him'. But, they can't just suspend him as you suggested. Interesting conundrum, eh?

Rockets are getting Markieff Morris. Really it's just brewer that's being waited on so the trade can go through. More then likley it will also be a mega trade. Terrance jones will prolly be involved, kJ, maybe even dmo and some draft picks. Obviously will get some players like perhaps tucker or brooks. It's already set and done its brewer who is the set back because money and cap wise.
You guys laughed when a few of us were weary about the Lawson trade. I have the same reservations about Morris. Character matters. If this season has taught us anything, talent is useless if they don't have good character. Our players have questionable character and apparently, the collective personalities and temperments have reached a limit to where it has come all crashing down ooke a house of cards. DO NOT WANT
Why would the Rockets continue to play him risking injury then. Not saying I don't believe you just wondering. If it is a done deal I would expect them to limit his minutes unless the Suns don't care if he is injured or not.
TJ, Brewer, DMo, KJ and picks? That's an awful lot any sea who they might be getting back besides Morris?
Well I don't nesscarily mean that all those players would be traded but it's a possability. A combination of those for sure. It could be just brewer + jones for all I know but It seems like it will be a trade that has a lot of players involved maybe even a third team
#itshappening? Saw Codman's post in the game thread signing off his post with "get excited" but didn't elaborate. Any idea when?
Personally not my preferred opition even though seems to be the main trade opition. Theirs other trades possiable but this seems to be the one that's more then likley going down. But PF wise it's not an easy task to find a solid multi use PF and if you do they are not readily available or cheap. Though rockets are going to need more then just a solid pf to turn things around. So if the Morris trade goes down I suspect we get some more players from Suns or a third team or just a seperate deal altogether depending on how the negations go down and who gets sent It's all about corey brewer at this point. He's what's being waited on for obvious reasons [his contract obviously is the key point with it being 8 mil]. Then you have other players ready to be shipped t jones, KJ or You really don't have to even have any inside knowledge to know this is a obvious trade. Morris is linked to houston in so many ways, and then why hasent Morris been sent to another team of that's not the case by now.
Latest Lowe report with Brian Windhorst mentioned the Markieff Morris situation. Windhorst (with a noted small sample size) produced some stats that had Kieff providing some trouble for Draymond Green in the minutes they've been matched up together. Food for though. Obviously we can't be looking directly at Golden State right now with the way we're playing, but at his contract with the skill he brings, and the 'nasty' along with it. Could be beneficial after all. I'm iffy on his character issues...but 8m per?
we should be looking directly at GS right now because we are either going to be 7th-9th in the west and maybe a 1st round series with them
All it takes is for one Curry injury (and he's been getting niggles) and the title race is WIDE open. And that includes us (even from a low seed).
I'm not sure what I'm missing here. Why the desire for Morris? I haven't seen him play enough to know what he brings. Defense?
