Watch Houston stick at .500 to get the #8th seed, just to go play the warriors 1st round and upset. I would so freaking be amazed this is all an act.
Relax everyone, still no need to panic. We have looked bad, real bad. BUT at 15-15 we are still sitting in a decent playoff seed. We do not need to blow anything up. It hurts to see the Rockets looking like this, but once trade season is done and keeping our core intact I believe we will go deep into the playoffs. :grin:
I'm accepting our fate as a 7-8 seed 1st round loss to Spurs/Warriors until further notice. We've simply dropped too many games against too many teams we should handily beat.
I think these guys are arrogant enough not to even care about where the fall in the playoff standings. They seem to be still tinkering out there on the court...obviously they want to win the games but they have this attitude as if they know they got another gear or 2 gears they haven't hit yet. They don't seem to care about what anyone else thinks that's for sure. Could be a good thing I guess
Whats im sure people are afraid of. They have a rough next 6 games against teams that are in playoff brackets.... Have not really gone on a losing streak. They have lost 4 in roll in beginning of the season, They need to take these games really serious, because they could find them selves out of the playoffs, dang near tied or below portland if they lose the next 6. 16-23 is not a record i want to see this team have. Golden State @San Antonio @Utah Utah Indiana @Memphis Scary right now at 16-17 . what a terrible season.
I'm sure that is what we thought during the 2004-2005 season. We are not winning anything this season with Bickerstaff as our head coach.
We are still 7th! Also, the season is still less than half way through. We are like 3-4 in a football season. We can still finish something like 10-6 and kill in the playoffs. /sarcasm
At this rate, we would have been 10th seed in last year's western standings. Our drop off in play is still alarming even though we are in the 7th seed.
Best likely fluke scenario. We get 7th seed and go against the spurs,we beat them and lose next round to Okc. Extend Jb to 5 more years and all peace is restored. Start 2017 half-assing it again, fire JB...repeat cycle.
