D Mo is more versatile than Shane offensively for sure, but that corner/elbow 3 from Shane was like butter.

His awful hook shot was most certainly not like butter.

DMo was cleared to practice December 4th, since then Rockets are the Most Improved team in the NBA according to someone official I saw on Reddit. Probably has nothing to do with DMo's return? Not just to games, but to practices.

If he not traded, we must send him to D-league for PT. these 6min streches per game is a joke. Even McHale post DMo twice in 4th

Yes maybe they are stupid but DD said he was a go to elite scorer which he isn't.

An elite scorer can create his own shots. Recall Yao adjusting to Adelman?

They used him him as a passer in the high post and then he found ways to score.

He shot more long 2s. Used his face up game.

Dmo could be decent at best.

DMo is a great low post scorer, but if the team is not going to utilize his strength then he is going to have to be an opportunistic scorer.

Sure could have used him in the low post in the 2nd half as all those 3s dried up.

The part where you says Millsap is a smallish declining guy.... lol

He scores 22 and 13 for the Hawks

I think you overvalue most Euros because they have a unique skillset.

Even Eliyahu knew how to score just not on the NBA level.

Dmo is way better than Eliyahu for sure but like most Euros he is deferring too much.

You just can't take away that mindset. Either you are born a young Pau Gasol in Memphis and turn it on in your 1st, 2nd and 3rd year.

    Or he does not.

Yeah, uh, he is a very good bullish type of player, we could use his toughness on this team.

Another game they should have gone to DMo in the post down the stretch, they don't, they lose as a result. I'm sure they'll figure it out one day.

DMo had 7 rebounds tonight in 27 minutes of action, the team was +8 with him on the floor.

    ^ Revionist garbage.

Rockets scored 115 points, shooting 54%, they didn't need Dmo's post scoring.

The Rockets lost because they couldn't rebound the ball and Dmo is a huge part of that. He was absolutely manhandled by Milsap, just torn apart.

To be fair Millsap also manhandled Dwert and Capela. They needed to give the ball to Dmo down the stretch when the lead was slipping. What's the point of having an offensive weapon like him who is money from the post? Especially in these situations when they need buckets and instead go to hero ball GARBAGE.

Ah yes, the wasted possessions were much better than having scoring. Also, the REAL rebounding trouble happened with Capela and Howard on the court, DMo comes in and immediately grabs a board.

This is my problem with DMo fans. You're delusional. Milsap DESTROYED DMo late in the game. No way in hell I allow Millsap to abuse DMo in the 4th. We also all saw firsthand his rebounding deficiencies

Actually we saw Capela and Dwight not getting boards, once DMo got back in, he immediately pulled down a board. I know you are too biased to be able to watch a game and have an accurate idea of what happened, but you are kind of embarrassing yourself.

You're forgetting about our 19 turnovers.

We absolutely need DMo's post scoring, especially in the playoffs. Harden's "hero ball" style is too inconsistent, and he's at the mercy of the refs. Frankly, DMo can create a good shot for himself better than anyone else on the team. He needs to be integrated into the game plan.

Yep, Millsap had 4 offensive rebounds while DMo was on the floor. And the Hawks were able to convert that into......0 points.

As did Dwight and Capela. Something's gotta give at that point and I'd rather have Dmo's specialty (the post up), being ran instead of hero ball garbage.
