Rest starters on week 17?

    Hopefully he is just saying things like that now to prevent the team from scoreboard watching and losing their mental edge.

    no rest (maybe less plays) because teams that rest lose their edge. teams that have to compete week 17 usually have a nice post season.

    The Texans could've clinched with a Cincy win but that didn't happen. They can't assume that all the pieces Indy needs won't happen. The best way for Houston to make the playoffs is for them to go out and take care of business against Jacksonville.

    Yep. No reason not to go out full bore to win this game. I don't care what the odds are for the colts to win the division. This is Houston and strange s*** happens when it comes to our sports teams. Do not leave it in the hands of others...

    to add on top of that, any positive momentum they can hopefully carry into the playoffs is a huge bonus.

    Watt should only play in the first series.

    Hoyer should play most of the game so he can try to get in some kind of rhythm.

    Rest of starters should probably play the first half depending on how the game goes.
