Weeden nice throw into the dirt there. That could have been a disaster. Just don't turn it over Weeden. Punting is a victory today.
For the most part, yeah. He's made a few decent throws, but they seem to be the exception instead of the rule.
B'OB/Godsey have pretty much gone into ultra conservative mode on offense with the 10-0 lead. Going to rely on the defense to win this game
Better that then him turning it over again. The QBs the team keeps trotting out there is just a disgrace. O'Brien is going to get a bunch of unwarranted praise for this team possibly making the playoffs but he doesn't deserve it. The defense is the real MVP and they have consistently saved O'Brien's ass.
It's hard to run when Tennessee puts 8 in the box on first and second down. Weeden is going to have to take a deep shot on first down at some point, but it's about 75% likely that it gets picked off. He's terrible.
great pursuit in the tackling. would want to face those first four teams that ran nothing but 3 yards pass plays on us again
I can't help but wonder how much better we'd be with ( can't believe I'm saying this) Fitzpatrick at the helm. Imo it was a mistake releasing him . He's far more consistent than Hoyer and the rest of these jokers ( with all due respect to TJ Yates)
