Once again, I expected a blowout loss on national television because I haven't seen anything up until tonight that suggested otherwise.

    But....it is a nice win.

If Rockets stay at the 7th seed I like that matchup against the spurs.

I get that however, They haven't beaten the spurs this year yet. Last month they would've lost by 90..the lost to Orlando because they bricked 3's. Have you noticed Lawson actually showing up the last 2 games? We didn't know 100% for certain they'd win this game regardless of past history.

Only 2 back from home court. Would be nice if they turned it on like this every game and I could see them moving up the standings quickly.

OKC/Durant was banged up. The Clippers are pretenders.

The Spurs lost because old age tonight. There's a Christmas theory for degenerates where teams with more older players are affected by the Chrissy break and prone to coming back out of form. This doesn't apply to the NBA because there is only a day off on their schedule. However older guys + Chrissy dinners + kids... Maybe their metabolisms help slow a few down the day after.

Uh, no. Screw the 7th seed. I know the schedule is brutal here on out, but it would be nice to move up at least another spot or two and get an easier first round matchup. Hell, we're only a game out of 4th and home court in Round 1 if you can believe that.

Our defence has shown signs of life since Capela went in to the starting line up, now 10-2 when he starts next to Howard

Keep Bev starting. But close with whomever is playing the best. Tonight it was Terry who had it going(although Lawson was pretty good too).

    Disagree

Rockets probably play the spurs well early In the season too.

The soft schedule was the worst thing to happen to them. If they had a tough schedule to begin, rockets have better focus and a better recored. IMO.
