Spurs play basketball like real football with the beautiful 1-2's and give and go's. Constant team passing and movement

That's the bench though aka the 2nd unit, the starting line up is more structured around TP's penetration, KL's post play, and at times LMA Pick & Pop.

The 2nd unit ball movement is powered by Manu's & Bobo's passing game, they are both blessed playmaker & willing passer with unlimited imagination & court vision. The system can only works with the suited players playing for it, really.

I wonder if the spurs could have taken down the warriors last year. if they had won game 7 against the clippers, they probably would have taken down the rockets also.

Not gonna happen with an injured Splitter, and especially an injured, out of shape, and out of form Parker. Leonard was also not up to this level yet, especially in offense. You've gotta respect what those Dubs achieved last year, no matter how faggotish it has made them into.

Asterisk champs. Even more asterisk than Rockets in 94/95.

Think in the past 10 games the Spurs are actually outplaying the Warriors. The defense is whats going to carry them over. Golden States defense has actually dropped from last year I feel. As they say defense wins Championships.

Overpassing that happened to end well. Anderson should have taken the wide open corner three available in that sequence, but perhaps his confidence in taking that shot is not really good in this game.

Oh yeah, I LOVE the Spurs! About the same way I love getting a cavity drilled.

I still put an asterisk next to the year when Nash was body-checked and Stoudemire was suspended, as well as the years the early 2000's Kings got screwed. To me those are bigger asterisks than the two you mentioned. NBA has a lot of annoying championships.

It is what it is man, getting good to great shot doesn't mean you have to globetrotting your game out there. ;)
