No, they don't announce everyone's names. When it comes down to the reveal they only announce the second runner up (third place) and overall (first place) winners. They don't name the first runner up (second place). There's also a rumor that Harvey didn't read off the card but instead read off the teleprompter, which incorrectly said that Miss Colombia won. But who knows.
Well, ****. OK then. I agree that's an easy mistake then, since he was never supposed to mention Colombia anyhow.
Steve should give Ms Columbia some money. Anyone think this was a publicity stunt by the pageant? The web-hits and talkings have surely skyrocketed.
Then someone should give Miss Columbia an acting job. She was very believable with her facial reactions and mannerism when she went from an extreme high to an extreme low. :grin:
Contestants might not have known. Would've been a really cruel thing to do without prior notice to the ladies, though. Surely most of them are aspiring actresses
