Van Gaal looks like an alien, and his methods have become weirder with age I recall him being pretty good when he won the UCL with Ajax.
Roman had it in him the first time. This time, he waited as long as he felt he could, consulted with the board, had his technical director speak with the players and I guess realized a change had to be made before things got any worse on the pitch and in the dressing room. You didn't watch his Barca teams or Bayern teams? He did well with both(probably not as well as our Bayern and Barca brothers on here wanted but he won league titles). He also did relatively well with Holland in his 2nd stint in charge. It's just time for him to go and time for Ryan Giggs and Mourinho's agents to battle for their clients to get the United managerial job.
Bayern will announce the Pep decision today, German ZDF saying he's already agreed to coach Man City next season.
I won't shed a tear for this guy. I hope we will do well the rest of the season with him, but I will never particularly like him.

Klopp is overrated, by the way. I don't like him. Tries to be all nice, but when things aren't going to well, you can see another real part of his character.
I don't follow German football, but I thought Klopp won 2 back-to-back titles in the league. He also did well from my knowledge after losing star players on a consistent basis. In what way is he overrated?
