are you guys sure you want the Lou Will experience

all the dude does is run ISOs and chuck

if you ask a raptor fan the #1 play he feared last season, the response will probably be "lou will crunchtime iso"

because both of them love to shoot and needless to say aren't that great on the defensive end. there's no such thing as offsetting when youre that bad at defense.

Morey could sign Lowry, but he was waitting for Melo's desicion, so Lowry returned to Toronto

that was never the case. only something that was brought up around here. don't believe everything you read. Lowry's #1 choice was always to return to Toronto.

    Totally agree with you....

The problem is there is no leader on this team...

I'd actually be okay with this. The main issue being that neither Harden or Thornton can guard most PGs, so the defense would still be a train wreck, but it's not like Pat Bev is doing a good job staying in front of them. Offensively they would dominate though. It really is precarious as to why Thornton hasn't played much the last couple of games.

Use Thornton... take the best of two evils...

Or you can switch it up.. Put Ariza on who ever is the best.. sf, sg, pg...

Then Thornton on the next best..

    Damn.. give me my whistle...

Why can't Lawson be our scorer off the bench?

I'm not 100% sure, but I think you are required to actually shoot in order to score.

Probably the fact that he's currently scoring 5.9ppg on 32.9% shooting.

Lawson is not a scorer. he doesn't have that mentality. he's a pure pg who is used to picking his spots throughout a game

lawson was a scoring pg under karl. he was usually their leading scorer then too. the rockets thought they were getting that guy from many moons ago. someone who would attack the basket and dish.

Not a scorer? Pure PG? Where'd that come from? Lawson has always had the ability to score and attack the basket with his quickness. Talk to any Denver fans about this. They don't call him a Pure PG. He's a playmaker from his ability to score, so it's tough to guard his PnRs with Faried and the pick n pop guys at Denver (like Galinari), not from being a floor general. In fact, they'd pair him with pure PGs like Andre Miller. Hell, he started with Randy Foye, too.

    He's a poor-man's Tony Parker.

    Wrong.

Lowry wasn't going to wait. He was totally willing to come back to Houston. Just wasn't willing to wait. He was remorseful about the McHale stuff which was FAR worse than people reported(Lowry was like Rondo then).

Trust me. If the rockets had photoshopped Lowry onto a Lin jersey them Kyle would be here. Morey goofed.

    Randy Foye's a 2, don't see the relevance here.

Tony is his best year was never a playmaker of Lawson in any of his years. conley/parker are more similar than ty/tony.

Ty, for some reason, has decided to get blocked a lot and I think we all know why he's so insecure out there shooting wise.

But if we're talking about someone who is willing to take teams apart off the high pick & roll(with Dwight or Clint), let James rest of offense sometimes(provided he moves without the ball), get our shooters open shots(that they stop missing) by collapsing the defense, and keeping the tempo high(by constantly pushing, SOMETHING he is not doing since the beginning of the season since no one runs with him).... he'd be great. :)

We suck with Beverely starting too. Whoever we bring next to Harden CANNOT want the ball, so unless we get someone like Bledsoe, it's going to be the same story again. I say roll the dice here, get this guy back out in the lineup playing 30ish MPG and give him the freedom to make mistakes. He's not the only one playing like **** or has flaws. He's the only that's new, that is. If it works, then we saved our season. if it doesn't work, well we are back where we are right now.
