Does it means DMo should demand ball each position(as best post player on the team)?

 

Said "Howard sets picks more than he looks for his shot". That's wrong, lol. Even when he sets a pick it's half assed because he wants the ball but because he is missing everything and cant seem to catch a pass people pass the ball out away from him. He needs to play well if he wants the ball more.

 

Shaq - Howard needs to earn respect from Guards. Work for it so they respect him. He's not showing that. Lead to saying Kenny respected Hakeem. Actually didn't even hate on Dwight.

Kenny - Hakeem worked for the ball so hard. We had no choice. Said Dwight can't be 2nd or 3rd option. Has to be 1st option to mentally feel like a leader? I don't know where he was going.

Barkley - umm Dwight don't rebound at all. Ernie tells him he gets 12 a game lol. I tune out Barkley so someone else can tell you guys.

 

Kenny is a Knicks fan first guys. Remember last year he had to make a point about getting on the Rockets bandwagon when they made the WCF.

 

How has Harden played? At work (Australia)

 

what you guys dont get is....Dwight is the same player, his FGA are down so his numbers are...but if you avg. out his FGA to lets say 12-15 a game, he is still the same player around 18/20 points a game

The issue is he only getting 8 FGA a game and scoring about 12 points a game

 

Cant believe im saying it but capela has become a more effective player then dwight. We will be fine if he leaves

It is kinda weird that Howard is 5th in fg attempts this year.
I know his post play sucks but atleast he played harder when trying to be utilized.
For once the TNT crew may have a point

 

That's not what they are saying.

Dwight needs to to think he is the 1st option to play full out..

Kenny in the same breath said he doesn't think Dwight can be even the 3rd option anymore.

I still believe in this team.. But brewer lost my loyalty with his bad play. This game make the rockets look foolish.

man i am sleepy. i know i will watch the 2nd half. but compared to the cav-okc game, this game is like 2 levels down. so boring. sigh...

 

I don't agree with Kenny about Howard being the number 1 option, however number 2, yes. The problem right now is Howard is the last resort on offence. With Howard being number 2 Im not saying he has to shoot it every time but he at least needs to touch it, play inside out, It gets other guys open shots.

 

Shaq basically said that when you're a big man playing with a ball dominant guard, you have to have the respect of the guard. And the way you get respect is by playing harder, not talking about wanting the ball more. He is saying that Howard need to work harder to get himself open, get himself opportunities to score then make those opportunities count.

Kenny was saying that in order for Howard to be great, he has to be the 1st option. I tuned out when I heard him say that crap.

Chuck said that a team with Howard and Harden should not be under 0.500. That those two are dominant forces in the league and Howard needs to return to doing what makes him dominant; rebounding and that being 5th on the team in FGA is not acceptable. He also said that Howard shouldn't worry about being the 1st or 2nd option, just play his game.
