Does Houston have an NHL team I can follow instead of putting myself through these games? I choose to watch these games and they make me unhappy. Even when we win, I'm thinking 'I don't trust these guys'. Being a Rockets fan right now is like being in a bad relationship. It's just not working and we deserve a change. We deserve to enjoy being with each other. This either needs to get worse and work on our future or get better and win. But I can't trust these guys to do what they need to. I just found the word that explains this. I'm bewildered.

how is thibs and morey going to coexist?

you realize that thibs and bulls management hated each other.

plus who on this roster would fit thib's style?

    harden???

the jvg/thibs rockets era is over and it wasn't that great either

I don't think people are expecting him to go...

I think many of us would like him to look like at least a decent PG. At least...

I don't even know what the **** I'm reading... WIN THE ****ING GAME! If James Harden can win the game by himself in the first ****ing quarter WIN THE ****ING GAME! Expend all your energy in the 1st, build a lead and coast to the finish.

What the **** is this "saving energy" bull****? Stop apologizing for Harden being ****ing lazy. Dwight sucks, Ok.. Well MVP Harden should clear room on his back for Dwight...

can you tell me harden has improved his game this yr?

you want to be called a leader, you need to lead.
you want to be considered a leader, you need to lead.
    AND BY EXAMPLE.

james harden never has done it. he's a role player w/ better talents and skills. that's all.

I am not surprised by Lawson, it takes a while for PGs to find their way on a new team, especially when you don't get the ball, and then to top it off he probably is going through a confidence crisis due to his alcohol counseling....times are tough for him.

Might be Spurs' head but not its leader. Players lead and timmy D has always bought in

They came out in the 3rd, got open looks. At that point the message is we got guys who want to play. That group wasn't getting it done, we went with guys who would get after it. At this point in time you can't sit back and watch things happen. We have to push buttons and get guys to respond. We'll do whatever it takes and trust our bench.

JET has been good for us. He does the little things, the intangibles, leadership, it's been key to our success. It was important we got him more minutes. Marcus happens to be the casualty. Clint, his illness, ER this morning, didn't want him to play too many minutes. When he picked up his fouls, it changed the rotation a bit.

There's too many reasons right now why things aren't happening. At some point, you have to stand up, be held accountable, look in the mirror and go out and get the job done. 2 nights in a row we haven't done that. We have guys with pride, we have professionals in there. We will respond. This group has responded. We'll come out Thursday with a fire under our ass.

Same guys a year later not the same effort.

This month we've been better defensively. It's taken time. We have to understand that when adversity hits, we can always hang our hats on one side of the ball. We have to play dirty and gritty and turn people over to create our offense. We have to improve there and we have to do that every night.

Dwight still playing that defensive captain role, communicating and setting the tone?

Numbers are there what we are defensively with him on the floor. He definitely has an impact on the defensive side.

Yep, however, he made a positive impact on offense. Howard was straight up garbage on offense and defense. He's a max player, too.

Dwight, Ariza, Beverly, Brewer, Capela. They are here to play defense. We all know that's a weakness for Harden. Guess what the dudes that are here to play D are not playing defense all that well even though it should be their specialty. James Harden is here to score ****ing buckets and that's exactly what he does. Has he been missing in action a couple of games this season? Yes. Is he playing as well as last year? No. But he is doing his job better than anyone else on this team. Especially Dwight Howard who gets 22 mil to do nothing and gets no blame at all, lol. It's ridiculous.

Harden needs to improve, but U don't request him to do anything.

I'm watching T Jones miss lay up after lay up.

I'm watching Terry brick wide open corner 3 after corner 3.

I'm watching point guards blow around Beverley like his feet are in concrete.

I'm watching Howard with 4 rebounds deep into the second half.

I'm watching Lawson pass up wide open shots to force a bad pass.

    I'm watching Brewer shooting 20% from 3.

I'm watching Howard pick up stupid fouls early in the game.

I could go on, but I'm sure anything I list will somehow be Harden's fault.

I think a lot of people are. And the fact that Lawson went to the bench didn't help either. He's not some 6th man scorer
