    They should do something to discourage further escapades of this sort. I think a good fine should do the trick, 1000-5000 or so. Next time potential grooms can weigh the decision of stopping traffic vs buying a decent ring.

    Seems like it'd have to be rushed. 35 seconds to get out of the car, propose, accept, cheer, take pictures, and jump back in the care. All while people are rightfully getting pissed off at you and ruining your moment but cursing and honking their horns.

    Doesn't sound very romantic to me.
