They'll be eligible, and it'd be hilarious to see. Very unlikely that it'll happen, but if you gave me a choice of two options 1. Chelsea win the UCL and avoid being relegated 2. Chelsea win the UCL and get relegated I think I'd choose the 2nd option just for the laughs.
Theyd probably have a better chance at winning the Europa League and then playing in the UCL next season. They messed things up by winning that final group game. No way they will win it this season(taking into consideration the season they won the CL).
