This is truly the first game that I can say Hoyer is showing why he lost his job in Cleveland. At least he's not throwing interceptions though. How do you run a wildcat for the 20th time on a 3rd and 3 and try to run it up the middle. Shorts was like 6 yards back with no lead blocker.
