    He threw a TE off balance by leading him too much and he couldn't hang on to it. If he throws it close enough to him to where he's not off balance when he's trying to catch it, then it's a reception.

    i would say bad play calling all day, but it's hard too execute with what he has at qb. but then, this is what he wanted.

    Hoyer could give up 3 to 5 fumbles and he will keep playing what is the point to have backup qbs when they have no chance in hell of playing
