Really odd to me that with the exception of GSW and SAS, every other playoff bound WC team is struggling to some degree. The east is whooping up on the west so far. If there was a year for the Rox to trip coming out of the gate, this year, far more than last, has the possibility for recovery.
This is partly a function of GSW coming out of the gates undefeated for 23 games or whatever they are now. 15 of those games have been against the West.
that can change quick early in the season. now they are on pace for maybe 62-20 one more lost and it's 57-25 or something.
How in the world is Duncan showing his age, you mean one of the best defensive centers in the NBA right now?
IMHO, the Spurs have been decent early so far, their defense is quite stout but the offense is still very much a work in progress, and the bench is still figuring them selves out. Their strength on schedule is weak, 29th at the moment, basically the Spurs just take care of business preying on the weaklings. We will see what they are really made of in 2016, when the schedule turns harder & the pecking orders is more settled.
They still won 55 games last season (1 game from 2nd) And Spurs don't normally get going until after the AS break. But **** the Spurs.
the scary part isn't how good they are currently, its that they always step their game up during the post season because their game is built for it.
Tellin y'all, rest of the league focusing on Warriors 24-1, or Spurs 20-5.... But in the mean while Rockets just cracked .500, im tellin y'all sleep. Them Rockets mayne, they bout to lift off! Seriously though the Warriors record drawling attention from the media this season is the only reason its not a **** on the Rockets parade from the media every day.
