    How does one even obtain the e-mail of ISIS's leader? I'd love to set him up for spam, p*rn websites, get him in direct contact with some Nigerian princes to fund his terror cells, and enroll him for some free Enzyte samples.

    Unfortunately, I'll have to disagree. Isis has a big home court advantage here. Even if the cartel has locals in Syria to do the work, they won't have nearly as deep a pool of recruits as Isis will. The cartels might be able to send a big enough entourage to essentially make attacking a shipment too costly to bother with, but I don't see how they can even make a dent in Isis itself.
